Please fill out this form and turn it into Mr. Commander. This form must be submitted for EACH S&E Entry.

You can find the solo and ensemble list by following the instructions below:

  1. Go to any computer, tablet or phone capable of internet.
  2. Type in : flmusiced.org/fba
  3. Click on Link Labeled “For Directors”
  4. Click on Link Labeled “Music Lists”
  5. Once the new page has opened click on “Solo and Ensemble.”
    1. You may view as a PDF or an excel file.
  6. Review the TYPE of performance as well as the name and grade.
    1. You will need these for the form for Mr. Commander
  7. Make sure you also make a note of the FBA Code.
    1. It should start with 2 letters and followed by 4 numbers
      1. Example: AS5001

Lessons Academy Application

Leon High School Performing Arts are happy to be able to provide private lessons through the use of our academy. The following form needs to be filled out in order to place students in their appropriate studio and help facilitate the availability of scholarships. All scholarship applications will go before a committee before final decisions are made.

The following is the official Handbook for the Leon High School Band. It contains all pertinent information regarding the program and should answer any questions you may have. Students and Parents are asked to read the handbook carefully and submit the last page. The last page has been pulled out for your convenience and is listed at “Signature Sheet.”

Request for Absence Form

The Request for Absence Form should be submitted any time an absence it going to occur. Students who fill out the attached form and email to Mr. Commander no later than one week prior to the absence. Request for Absence Forms not received by the week deadline will be considered unexcused. If a student is sick, they should turn in the Request for Absence within 24 hours of their return.
